The Referee Abuse Prevention (RAP) Working Group Phase 2 Open Session (7 pm CT)
U.S. Soccer’s Technical Development Committee established the RAP Working Group to make immediate improvements for the referee environment to address misconduct towards a referee.
U.S Soccer and the RAP Working Group + Subcommittee will provide an overview of proposed updates to the penalties framework and policy, and next steps including reporting mechanisms and roles and responsibilities
