How to Roster Players to Your Team
- Log in here
- At the top of the page, go to My Organizations and select Veterans Cup
- Open Season Management from the left menu under “Competitions”
- Open the Rostering Tab
- This is where you will roster players to your team
- Select the Player Registration Source
- Under Select a Source, choose the Player Registration option
- Filter for Your Team
- To find the players who registered for your team:
- Scroll to Advanced Filters
- Click Add Filter
- Select the same player registration
- Choose the information field you want to filter by
- Select your division
- Select your team name
- Click Apply
- This will show only the palyers who registered for your team
- To find the players who registered for your team:
- Add Players to Your Roster
- Once your players appear:
- Select the players you want to roster
- Drag and drop them over to your team roster
- If all listed players should be added, you can click Select All and drag them over together
- Once your players appear:
- Share Your Team with USASA
- After your players are rostered, you must share the team with USASA for verification
- Click Teams instead of Rostering
- Search for your team name
- Click on your team
- Click Share Team
- Select your division
- Click Next
- Submit all rostered players
- Click Share
- After adding new players, click Reshare each time you add players to your roster. Your updates are not finalized until the team has been reshared.
- After your players are rostered, you must share the team with USASA for verification
How to View Your Team Roster
- Log in to SportsEngine
- Select Veterans Cup from your organization drop-down menu
- Click Competition followed by Season Management
- Click Teams
- Search for your team name
- Click on your team’s blue hyerplinked name
A side panel will open on the right side of your screen where you can view your current roster
How to print your roster:
- Click the 3-dot icon within the roster panel
- Select print roster
Important:
The official roster can only be printed once your team has been shared with USASA.
