Join adult soccer leaders from across the country for the 2026 USASA Annual General Meeting. This year’s AGM will bring together state associations, leagues, affiliates, administrators, and soccer leaders for a weekend focused on education, collaboration, governance, and the continued growth of adult soccer in the United States.
Attendees will take part in educational workshops, national meetings, networking opportunities, and social events while helping shape the future of US Adult Soccer.

Adam Mendler
Adam Mendler is a nationally recognized authority on leadership and the creator and host of Thirty Minute Mentors, where he interviews America’s top CEOs, founders, athletes, celebrities, and political and military leaders. He has interviewed more than 500 of America’s most successful leaders and, through those conversations, has identified the patterns that consistency drive high-impact leadership and elite performance. He translates these insights into perspective-shifting keynotes for businesses, universities, and nonprofit organizations, equipping individuals to lead more effectively and teams to perform at a higher level. Adam has built and led businesses across a variety of industries and previously worked for prominent companies in finance, entertainment, and sports. He has written extensively on business and leadership, with more than 70 articles published in major media outlets including Forbes, Inc., and HuffPost. Adam teaches graduate-level courses on leadership at UCLA, serves on the board of UCLA’s Master of Applied Statistics & Data Science program, has created corporate learning content used by executives around the world, and advises companies and leaders. A Los Angeles native, Adam is a lifelong Angels fan and an avid backgammon player.
Cassandra Dickerson-Sistrunk
Cassandra Dickerson-Sistrunk is Senior Director of Soccer Growth Strategy at U.S. Soccer, where she helps shape initiatives designed to expand participation, strengthen playing environments, and support the long-term growth of the game. A former captain and First Team All-American at Ohio State, Cassandra is passionate about the Buckeyes, the value of college soccer as a uniquely American asset, and advancing the women’s game. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Joslynn Bigelow
Joslynn Bigelow, M.Ed., BCBA, is a behavior analyst, licensed educator, adaptive soccer specialist, disability advocate, and President of the United Adaptive Soccer Association. She supports organizations in building more accessible, practical, and sustainable systems. Her work spans disability sport, coach and leader education, organizational development, and transition planning, with a focus on turning inclusion from a stated value into clear, workable action.
Aaron Sexton
Aaron Sexton serves as the APSL’s Director of Membership Development and Commissioner of the Delaware River Conference, which he has led since its launch in 2021. He is also the founder and general manager of Philadelphia SC’s Men’s Program and brings additional experience as a USSF National “D” licensed coach and a formerly certified referee.
Shalom Suniula, Ryan Douglas, & Kelyn Rowe
USI’s Sports team, led by Shalom and Ryan, is uniquely positioned to manage USASA’s Insurance and Risk Management program. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled insurance and risk management services that allow USASA’s leagues to invest more back into their members.
Fritz Marth
Fritz Marth is the USSF National Amateur Cup Commissioner having previously served as USASA National Cups Chair and USASA-Region 1 Cups Commissioner. He also currently serves as Vice President of the United States Adult Soccer Association, and President of the New Jersey Soccer Association. He is a member of the USASA, Eastern New York Soccer Association Hall of Fame, and a REgion 1 Livio D’Arpino recipient.
Bruce Bode
Bruce Bode has been Executive Director of the US Adult Soccer Association since 2023. He previously served on the Illinois State Soccer Association Executive Board and the Illinois State Referee Committee, and is a certified referee and mentor. He grew up in Iowa, never played organized soccer, and spent a year learning improv at The Second City.
Emily Kroshus-Havril, ScD MPH
Emily Kroshus-Havril, ScD MPH, is a professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics, and a principal investigator at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Her research aims to help children, adolescents, and young adults thrive by building their autonomy, strenghtening positive connections, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to experience feelings of competence and growth. Much of her work is related to youth and collegiate sport, given the potential of sport to support positive development and to strengthen communities. Her work, drawing from literatures in social and behavioral sciences, communication science, and social epidemiology, focuses on translational health communication, with a particular emphasis on concussion and mental health help seeking in youth, adolescent and young adult sport.
Sophia Miller
Sophia joined U.S. Soccer in June 2024 and is currently the Manager of Safeguarding Strategy. She focuses primarily on matters related to the response and resolution of reports of misconduct, including cases from the Center for SafeSport.
Bria Duvall
Bria has worked at U.S. Soccer for over 4 years and currently serves as the Manager of Safeguarding Case Administration where she assists in a variety of functions covering our legal team’s Safeguarding response and resolution efforts.
