Once you receive the quote, you purchase the insurance policy directly from USI.
After buying the policy, complete and submit the reimbursement form using the link below. You must upload your quote and proof of payment into the form.
The liability insurance coverage package provided to USASA members is far superior to any other offered plan for soccer related organizations.
It covers premises and operations of an amateur adult soccer and futsal association. Coverage includes office premises, affiliated sanctioned events, event set-up and tear down periods, concessional sales at insured events, ancillary events held in conjunction with insured events and customary ancillary activities such as occasional fundraising events, dinners, award banquets and planning sessions. Coverage includes unsanctioned events provided the events meets the guidelines on file with the carrier.
